terrific experience
fresh fruit egg station
the staff was helpful. breakfast offered MANY options. i especially enjoyed having fresh fruit available every morning and the egg station was convenient. i had a colonial beautiful double internal window.

airport transport prompt reply friendly bellboys
i loved the staff, they helped me arrange transport from the airport with prompt replies. jayce and jeremy were very cute, when i got to the hotel. they gave me useful information. the bellboys were friendly. breakfast was good.

the rooftop bar has a nice view. i saw a spa and a gym. the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i did not go in the water but i saw two pools.

the location is great. you are in the city center. it is in the old quarter. i could walk to many places. everything is easy and fast to reach on foot from this place.

Amazing hotel with great staff!!!

The staff contacted us before our arrival. Amy and Sofia were very helpful. Jeremy and the porters gave great service upon arrival. The team did everything for us. I never wanted to leave. I felt charmed.
The bath toiletries had a strong chemical scent. Body lotion was not available. The beddings felt old. I did not sleep well. The slippers were rubber flip-flops. They seemed used.

The rooftop bar has a lovely view of the church. The cocktails are great. Access to the bar is dark from the lift. Clear signs to the bar are necessary.

Every staff member was caring. They were helpful and friendly. Jeremy, the restaurant supervisor, added charm to breakfast. He were very good.

clean pool delicious options nice room
Grace and Carmellia at the concierge desk greeted my parents and ME every time we ventured out. They welcomed us "home" upon our return (it was SO NICE!). The breakfast had amazing options, the swimming pool was clean, and the room was really nice.
The rooftop bar staff seemed more occupied with their phones than serving guests.

The Colonial Premium Double Street View room had comfortable beds and fresh linens. The air conditioning worked efficiently, and the room included complimentary fruits and bottled water daily (such a great touch!). The room's decor matched the hotel's overall elegant style.
