the staff was helpful. breakfast offered MANY options. i especially enjoyed having fresh fruit available every morning and the egg station was convenient. i had a colonial beautiful double internal window.

i loved the staff, they helped me arrange transport from the airport with prompt replies. jayce and jeremy were very cute, when i got to the hotel. they gave me useful information. the bellboys were friendly. breakfast was good.

The staff contacted us before our arrival. Amy and Sofia were very helpful. Jeremy and the porters gave great service upon arrival. The team did everything for us. I never wanted to leave. I felt charmed.
The bath toiletries had a strong chemical scent. Body lotion was not available. The beddings felt old. I did not sleep well. The slippers were rubber flip-flops. They seemed used.

Grace and Carmellia at the concierge desk greeted my parents and ME every time we ventured out. They welcomed us "home" upon our return (it was SO NICE!). The breakfast had amazing options, the swimming pool was clean, and the room was really nice.
The rooftop bar staff seemed more occupied with their phones than serving guests.
